Membership Terms & Conditions
People People Brewery · Effective date of purchase
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all People People Brewery memberships and subscriptions, including Founding Members, Friends of People People, and Beer Drops, unless otherwise expressly stated.
1. Membership Period
- The membership year is measured from the date of purchase (or renewal) to the day immediately preceding the anniversary of that date.
- Memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from activation.
- Renewal pricing and benefits from Year 2 onwards are subject to prevailing terms at the time of renewal.
2. Nature of Membership
- Membership benefits are personal to the named member and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by People People.
- The member must be present, hosting, and the bill payer to enjoy membership benefits.
- Membership discounts and privileges apply to one bill per visit only.
- Benefits apply to on-site consumption only, unless otherwise expressly stated.
- Membership benefits are not stackable with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, third-party offers, special pricing, or corporate privileges unless expressly stated.
3. Eligible Spend & Payment
- Eligible spend includes all food and beverage purchases and People People products made at the venue or directly through People People, before service charge and taxes.
- Eligible spend excludes gift cards, vouchers, credits, redemptions, and any other cash-equivalent or stored-value purchases.
- To qualify for member benefits and for eligible spend to count toward any renewal threshold, payment must be made by the named member.
- Payments made by third parties, split payments where the member is not the primary payer, or payments settled using vouchers or credits may be excluded at management's discretion.
4. Complimentary Beverages & Inclusions
- Complimentary house pints or beverages are available once per visit, in accordance with the applicable membership program.
- Complimentary beverages are limited to designated house selections as determined by People People.
- Complimentary items, event inclusions, and tasting privileges are valid only for the member (and their guests, where specified).
- All complimentary items and benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged, substituted, or compensated for in any form.
5. Beer Allocations, Subscriptions & Delivery
- Beer allocations and Beer Drops are fulfilled periodically, in accordance with the stated frequency of the applicable membership program, but subject to variations in production schedules and availability.
- Styles, formats, and quantities are subject to change based on operational and supply considerations.
- Uncollected allocations do not roll over to subsequent membership years unless expressly stated.
- Beer deliveries will be made to one nominated address registered under the member's name.
- Changes to delivery details must be submitted within timelines specified by People People. Delivery fees may apply where applicable.
6. Experiential Benefits
- Brewery tours, tastings, fireside chats, and brewer-led experiences must include the member unless otherwise agreed in advance by People People.
- All experiences are subject to availability, scheduling, operational considerations, and venue capacity constraints.
- Blackout dates or scheduling limitations may apply.
- Event access, invitations, and experiential benefits have no resale or cash value.
7. Gift Cards & Vouchers
- Gift cards and vouchers are valid until their stated expiry date.
- Gift cards and vouchers are not stackable with membership discounts.
- Gift cards and vouchers are valid for on-site redemption only.
- Gift cards and vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable.
8. Fair Use
- Memberships are intended for personal enjoyment and hospitality purposes.
- People People reserves the right to limit, suspend, or withdraw benefits if usage is deemed unfair, excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the programme.
- Determinations will be made reasonably and at management's discretion.
9. Changes to Terms or Benefits
- People People reserves the right to amend, substitute, suspend, or withdraw membership benefits or these Terms & Conditions at its discretion.
- Reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
- Changes may take effect immediately where required for operational, regulatory, supply, or safety reasons.
10. Suspension or Termination
- Memberships may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, abuse of benefits, non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, or conduct deemed inappropriate by People People.
- Membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required under applicable Singapore law.
11. No Substitution or Compensation
- Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, substituted, refunded, or compensated for in any form.
- Unused benefits (including events, talks, tours, complimentary items, or allocations) do not entitle the member to vouchers, refunds, extensions, or compensation.
12. Liability
- Participation in tours, tastings, events, and experiences is at the member's own risk.
- People People shall not be liable for personal loss, injury, or damage except where liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
13. Data Use & Privacy
- As part of the membership, members consent to People People collecting, using, and analysing their personal data (including transaction history and preferences) for internal purposes such as analytics, service improvement, and personalisation.
- Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
14. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
